Great water!! Poor design.
The Brita Aqualux Pitcher is wonderful at filtering bad taste, color, minerals. The water from it tastes and looks wonderful!

HOWEVER...in the three weeks we've had it, the lid has fallen off four times while pouring. The lid does not go on securely, so if you tip it slightly too much while pouring, the lid comes off (along with all the water in the reservoir). This has happened to my 10-year-old twice and, I'm embarassed to say, me twice. The mess it creates is not worth the mess.

I wish Brita would address this problem because, otherwise, this is a fantastic product!

Not heat resistant!
I was disappointed when the bristles on this brush melted in my saute pan as I used it to swirl butter. This was before the pan was truly hot and the butter was just beginning to melt. There is no way that this brush is heat resistant to 400 degrees as it states in the description. Otherwise, it would be a very nice brush for cold applications.

Unfortunate experience with merchant
The merchant did not include return instructions with the item. At least 3 emails were sent through Amazon to contact the merchant for instructions. The item was returned within 30 days to the return address on the box. The merchant then contacted me be email to tell me I mailed it to the wrong address and a "restockiong" fee would be charged.

Austria bedding
I received the bedding today and was surprised by the color. The picture makes it look green and pink/peach but the colors are all very brown. Also, the material on top of the comforter had a bunch of fly aways which I thought was odd considering it had such a high original price tag. The patchwork design is beautiful, but just beware it doesn't look anything like the picture!
