The Best Invention for Melting Chocolate!
I am really amazed at how wonderful this product is. I like to bake, and alot of the recipes call for melted chocolate. I used to use the microwave to melt it, but often the chocolate would get too hot and burn through the microwaveable dish and smell up my home. I also tried using a double boiler and it just took too long and the chocolate got hard really fast when it was no longer on the stove top.

Hence, I ordered the Chocolatiere Electric Chocolate Melting Pot. It came extremely quick (as does everything from amazon). The product is extemely compact and easy to store (big plus for me). I'm able to melt 10 ounces of chocolate in about 5 minutes. While that is longer then the microwave, the chocolate never comes out burnt and becomes so liquid and velvety. It's incredible beautiful to see. And the handle on the pot makes it easy to pour the chocolate into my recipe.

The pot is very easy to clean and I don't burn my hands on it like the double boiler. In addition, the recipes comes out so much more tasty using the pot for melting chocolate vs. the microwave.

While the main reason I purchased this was to melt chocolate for my recipes (mostly brownies) the product also came with cute accessories like fondue forks, chocolate molds (hearts, bears, squares, ovals, etc), a cooling rack and some other accessories, which add to the value of the product.

Overall I'm extremely pleased with the product and it has been a huge help to me. I would buy it again!

Our Labrador was basically at deaths door with liver problems but after a week of this med she was almost back to 100% (or as close to 100% that a 12 year old dog gets).....not sure if it was JUST the medication but our Vet thinks so.

I can't get it to work . . .
I don't get it. This is my first food mill, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I bought it to make purees for my baby. I like the idea of a fairly small food mill, and a not so expensive one because I'm not quite sure what else I'd use it for. I put a bunch of steamed peas in it, turned the handle, and nothing came out. I turned the handle the other way, and nothing came out. It's like the peas wouldn't go under the blade thing. I went back to shoving the peas through a strainer with a spoon. So far totally useless for me.

Save your money!
I bought this birdbath because I liked the idea of constantly moving water in my birdbath, but I had to send the solar piece back once, as it was leaking water into the panel. The pump part is very fragile and cheaply made and broke within 6 months of owning it. I ended up throwing out the solar piece and leaving the resin insert in the bottom(in the winter, you can't use the solar panel when the temperature is below freezing)year round, to use as a regular bird bath. Whatever the inside of the bath was coated with, degraded and was floating in the water every time I cleaned it out, even though I followed manufacturer's guidelines for cleaning. Customer service for the company is pretty much useless and it was difficult to get a hold of a live person. Very disappointing!
